Hike or paddle to the toe of the Mendenhall Glacier. Trek along the edge of the glacier and explore an ice age wilderness with your expert backcountry guide. - Day 2 – Kick off the day with a scenic floatplane ride to Admiralty Island, home to the highest concentration of brown bears in the world! Land in the pristine Alaska wilderness and discover an intimate, unparalleled bear viewing opportunity that rivals the crowded platforms of other popular bear viewing destinations in Alaska. Depending on the time of year, you’ll explore the Pack Creek or Waterfall Creek areas with your experienced wilderness guide, spotting bears in their natural habitat.
- Day 3 – Travel to prime whale and wildlife viewing areas on board our small group 6-passenger motorboat. Leave the crowds behind as you explore the remote waters of the Inside Passage.
