Blake FarmerGuide

lake is an outstanding personable guide who specialties are canoeing, glacier trekking, and always being willing to be the first one to jump into the freezing lake for training.

Blake developed a true passion for the outdoors at a young age. Born and raised in East Tennessee, he grew up hiking, whitewater kayaking, fly fishing, and snowboarding in the Smoky Mountains. Blake moved to Alaska when he was 18 to pursue a sea kayaking job but couldn’t bring himself to leave due to the amazing winter sport opportunities and incredible Alaskan scenery. He spends his time guiding in the summer and snowboard instructing all winter. If it is snowy and icy – he is there!
